Complaints Handling Policy

GuildAM Limited (“the Company”) is subject to the supervision of the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”). The Company has adopted a Complaints Handling Policy for managing complaints in an effective manner. You may obtain a copy of our Complaints Handling Process free of charge, by sending a request by email or by post to the below contact details.

 

If you have a cause to complain to GuildAM, we will endeavour to resolve any concerns fairly, effectively and promptly. You may file a complaint free of charge. Any complaints should be sent to the attention of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, as follows:
